Utilizing different meditation and mindfulness practices, psychological and spiritual principles, we will provide members with the skills to cultivate a heartfelt awareness for themselves and for those closest to them. $200 for six-week course, $150 for current clients and pre-registration (by 3/12), partial and full scholarships available.

THE DARING WAY 3-DAY INTENSIVE FOR HELPING PROFESSIONALS
Do self doubts hold you back from promoting yourself and your work? Do you want more effective ways to help your clients believe in their worthiness? Do you long for a supportive community where you can experience vulnerability as courage, not weakness? Join us as we dig deep into Brene Brown's groundbreaking work on courage, compassion, shame, and worthiness. This workshop is both educational and highly experiential. It is designed to help you identify what gets in your way of showing up and being seen more fully in your relationships, work, and creative endeavors. You'll learn new tools and practices for finding your authentic voice to help you move forward with greater courage and a deeper sense of your worthiness. You'll have the opportunity to participate in a small supportive group (limited to 10 participants) where you will be introduced to The Daring Way curriculum to gain an understanding of its application to your own work and the work of your clients. PRIVATE PRACTICE MENTORSHIP AND SUPPORT
Running a private practice requires that we be entrepreneurs as well as therapists, but many of us could use support and guidance with the business end of our practices. If you are in the process of starting or building your private practice and are looking for help and support, consider joining this new group offered at no cost in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. My goal is to provide the forum for people to share ideas, get feedback on their materials, brainstorm about marketing and networking, learn about online advertising, develop supportive relationships with colleagues and have fun. While I will offer what I have learned in building my successful practice, most of the material will come from the discussion that arises among us. The group will remain open to new members as space allows.
DATE Every other Monday, 8:00am - 10:00 am
